How do I place an order on APONJON?
Browse or search for the product you want, choose the quantity and click "Add to Cart". When you are ready, open your cart, review the items, enter your delivery address and select a payment method. You will receive an order confirmation by email and SMS once the order is placed.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can cancel an order from "My Orders" as long as it has not been handed over to the courier. To change the delivery address or product details, please contact our support team as early as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad and card or mobile banking payments through SSLCommerz. The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout. For online payments, you will be redirected to a secure payment page to complete the transaction.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders inside Dhaka are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days, and orders to other districts within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery time may vary during public holidays, sales campaigns or bad weather. The estimated delivery time and charge are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Log in to your account and open "My Orders" to see the current status of each order, from confirmation and packing to dispatch and delivery. You will also receive SMS and email updates whenever the status of your order changes.
Returns
What is your return and refund policy?
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once the return is approved and the item is received, the refund is processed to your original payment method or as store credit.

Do I need an account to shop with you?
You can browse the store without an account, but creating one lets you track orders, save multiple delivery addresses, build a wishlist, compare products and write reviews. Registration takes less than a minute using your email address or phone number.

Are the products on APONJON genuine?
Yes. We work with verified sellers and brands, and every seller on the platform is reviewed before being approved. If you ever receive a product that you believe is not authentic, report it to our support team and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.
